CARols Back on Track

The Bybrook Churches and Chapels are excited to announce that in assoiciation with Castle Combe Race Circuit

CARols are back on track again!

We hope that you are as excited as we are about this opportunity to get together for a Covid secure carol service.

If you haven’t already done so, please register your interest using the button above so that we will be able keep you up to date with our plans, let you know if there are any changes due to Covid and gauge how much parking we need to organise!

What you need to know before you arrive:

Gates open at 3pm, service starts at 4pm.

Please enter the circuit via the main competitor entrance (blue gate) and follow the direction of your parking marshalls to the pit area facing the tavern clubhouse.

Wrap up warm for a cold night, bring blankets, even a picnic and make the most of the occasion.  Stay cosy, we won’t have engines running.

This year we are excited to announce that Father Christmas will be making an appearance. There will be no charge for meeting Santa and each child will receive a small gift. If you would like to book tickets, please indicate this when registering your car.

The on-site refreshment outlets will be open for Hog roast, turkey rolls, chips, mulled wine hot drinks and mince pies.  Please remember your face coverings if you plan on using them.

A paddock map is available here: refreshments will be served alongside the pit lane parking by the Strawford Centre and Medical Centre. Look for the catering trailers, hog roast and sniff for hot chocolate – or listen to opening announcements.

News has reached us that some cars are coming in fancy dress and in procession from more than one of the surrounding villages. Fab-U-Lous!

If you know you have friends coming, or you’re coming as part of a large group please ask around and make sure every car has registered an interest.

We can’t guarantee you’ll park next to your best buddy, so the best chance you have is by arriving together.

There will be an opportunity to make a cash donation toward the churches and chapels involved during the evening, but if cash is a rarity for you, then fear not, you can also donate by texting BYBROOKCAROLS followed by the amount you want to donate to 70085  e.g BYBROOKCAROLS 5.  You can donate any whole pound amount between £1 and £20.  If you want to donate more than £20, you will just need to send another text.  Each text will cost your donation amount plus your standard message charge.

Your order of service for the evening with carols will be arriving here soon!
