Policies

A ‘benefice’ is a name for a group or group of parishes under the care of a single stipendiary (paid) minister.

This is the place for Bybrook Benefice Policies.

In reality that benefice operates with huge team of non-stipendiary ministers, licensed lay ministers, churchwardens, parochial church council (PCC) members and all the volunteers that helps the church in Bybrook share in Christ and grow our communities.

There are ten parishes that make up Bybrook benefice and all have their own PCCs.

Frequently, those parishes work better in unison and in those areas a Joint Council takes responsibility.

It also means that some of our policies and procedures operate across the entire benefice. These are those policies.
